Cloakroom
A cloakroom and lockers are available free of charge at the museum entrance. Only bags that are equal to or smaller than A4 format (approx. 20 x 30 cm) are permitted in the exhibition areas. Bags larger than this must be placed in the lockers.

Strollers
Compact strollers are permitted inside the museum. If necessary, adapted strollers are available at reception (reservations recommended on +41 (0)21 320 50 01).

Wheelchairs
The museum is accessible to people in wheelchairs (access ramp and elevator). Wheelchairs as well as canes and crutches are available on request at reception (reservations recommended on +41 (0)21 320 50 01).

Animals
Guide dogs are permitted within the museum.
